Mindfulness offers a range of benefits in various aspects of life. Emotionally, it cultivates self-awareness and helps manage stress by promoting focused attention on the present moment. Cognitively, practicing mindfulness enhances concentration, decision-making, and creative thinking through the development of non-judgmental observation. Moreover, its positive effects on physical well-being are evident as it reduces anxiety, improves sleep quality, and fosters overall mind-body balance.

Long-term practice of Mindfulness would help the practitioner with cultivating wisdom and sustainable, contentment and inner joy. 1

12 Weekly Sessions – 3 Months
Each Practice-based Session is 90 minutes & divided in 3 sections:

Mindful Movement: Mindful Yoga, Body-Focused Practice
Mindfulness Meditation: A Time well spent observing the mind
Discussion: Observing Steps of Bringing Practice to Daily Life & Plans for practicing during the week

The sessions would allow you to explore the practice during the sessions. Please note that these sessions can only be recorded with permission of all group members, if requested for only 24 hrs.

Sliding Scale Payment* per person
$350 – $450 – $550
For 3 Months registration of the Program

***** Sliding Scale Payment is a form of flexible payment. Instead of paying a fixed amount, you are able to choose according to your income.

Steps for Registration:

1. Please pick a day/time and date to start
2. Write your desired hours on either of these days:
